Hi all,

I wanted to find a home to introduce myself and share my hobby, love, frustrations and enjoyment!

July 2022 I decided to buy myself a Fluval Roma 125l tropical fish tank kit. I left the tank for a good 3 weeks with it's new plants and ornaments in it. And since then started adding some new friends to the tank!

I've had some ups and downs with the fish tank in the 7 months ownership at times, and learnt some good lessons on the way. I will try and post some pictures up soon! I have the current stock in the tank.

3 x Gurami's
2 x Clown Loaches
3 x Peppered Cori Catfish
1 x Pleco
4 x Zebra Male Guppies
8 x Female Guppies.

Looking forward to learning and talking with the rest of you.

Hi all,

Just found this image on my phone! I have lots of work to do, need to get a proper vac for the stones, and get some more plants perhaps.

Well, welcome to TFF... :hi:
Well, we all went through a learning curve... and still learning... ;)

Yes I am too!! My parents had a load when I was younger so I’ve always wanted to look after them.
Nice, gourami are so beautiful although I have never had much luck keeping them, I think they are my nemesis fish.

really interested to hear how you've had trouble keeping them? As mine have had a spell recently of going into hidey hole spots in the tank and not coming out. No signs of attacking each other or anything, they come out for food... they just seem to have gotten very dosile recently.

They just didn't last long, no idea what I did wrong.
