 this crustacean buries its anchor-shaped head in the fishes tissue, trailing its two egg sacs behind it.it is cleary visible on the fish, and when it drops off it may leave an upleasant ulcer

things to look for:
*fish scrapes itself against objects
*Whitish-green threads hang out of the fish's skin, with an inflamed area at their an inflamed area at the point of attachment

Treatment remove fish from the tank
it can survive for 1-2 minutes.remove parasite and treat area with iodine or mercurochrome that you find in your first aid kit.
