TBH I forget what it stands for, but it's a big conference for aquarists held every year. Lots of talks by well-seasoned hobbiests, conservationists, propagaters, and it's a really big trade show of sorts for marine equipment. All the latest and greatest gadgets will be there along with I'm sure some really sweet corals and fish.

It also costs a lot to get into the place where all the speakers are, the vendor area is free i think.

Im about a 15-20 minute drive from it

Like ~$100. Dunno where the price is now, it keeps going up closer to the actual conference

Atlanta is hosting MACNA this year. One ticket is up to i think 150 bucks. They're going to close the Geogia Aquarium for a night and were going to eat right next to some of the big exhibits. I haven't been to the aquarium but I'm sure it will be awesome.

I think I'm going with the store I work at, we're gonna set up a booth I believe.

wonder if they'll have girls in bikini's to stand by the reef tanks and new equiptment like car show guys get to stand next to their hotrods and choppers.... haha

But knowing the fish keeprs, they would say to the girls... "Get out of the way!! I can't see the elegance coral!!" hahaha

Funny What about any hot guys standing around??? Probably not, huh! As I imagine most of the people there probably be dudes
