will my amona shrimps likely to attack or be attacked by baby cories or apistogramma hongsoli,

When you say baby cories, do you mean new born fry? Amano shrimps are quite safe with most fish but if you have any sick fish or tiny new born fry that stay still for a bit, then I would not risk it until the fry are bigger and more mobile.
 
Depending on the size of the amanos, they might steal all the food from your fry. I've seen them take food from my cherry shrimp before. Is your tank planted, they are usually pretty decent at hiding from predators if they have enough hiding spots.
