not uness the shrimp is very big of course it could happen if your really worried i wouldnt risk it but i dont think there would be a problem

In a word, yes. I used to have spawning bn in a tank with amanos and assassin snails, never had anywhere near the number of fry in the tank that I could count in the cave before they were let out.
 
I have watched an amano have no trouble picking up an earthworm stick and swimming off with it, fry are smaller often.
