Am Using Sand In My Tank. Which Colour Background To Use?

Light blue or black?

Was thinking black for the contrast but will this make the tank too dark?

Its a Roma 240

Personally i think it depends on what sort of tank your having..

If its going to be planted or have a few fake plants then i think black would make it look dark so id say blue or a planted picture background.

if you want a 'tropical' or reefy look then definetly blue

if like me ur having lightish coloured rocks and not a lot of plants, real or fake, then id say black

I'd say black,really makes the fish stand out
