Hi, I have decided to go (sometime in the next several months!) for a bit of a change heading towards a Tanganyikan tank for my 240l. However, my rainbows will be staying as they like similar chemistry (and I like them!) which obviously means the mid/open water swimmers are covered. So far I have come up with the current stock list as follows:

Current stock staying:
5 x Lake Tebera Rainbows
9 x Dwarf Neon Rainbows
2 BN plecs

Plus

A group (4 - 6) Lamprologus multifasciatus (quite liked the occelatus but think they would be a bit much for the Neons)
1 x pair of rock dwellers such as Altolamprologus compressiceps OR .....................

Any thoughts/suggestions?
Jo

Oh, and with a pH of 7.5-8.0, 10dGH & 15dKH already I'm not planning on doing anything extra to raise the pH. I have read that this will be fine so long as the fish are tank bred not wild caught. As this is the case, do you reckon it'd be possible to keep the Angel too, as he has been in this water for 4 years and was aready full grown when I got him so he's quite 'elderly' but feisty and I'd be quite sad to part with him.
