Allowed A Second Tank

The wife has given me the nod for a second tank. It's for the tv room so will be viewed the most.

Something between 60-90 litres. Can anybody recommend a nice tank and possible stocking options. Everything and anything is an option as I'm a blank slate.

What width are you looking at? Is height a problem? Budget?

Lucky! The closest I ever got to a second tank was that my dad suggested we use the QT to make a shrimp tank....

Dimensions shouldn't be an issue.I've been eyeballing the Arcadia 60litre, but there is no cover which may limit options. But it seem a nice piece of kit. Anything is a go. Single species with one or multiple. Shrimp. Maybe heavily planted.Even thought about marine but no not yet.

Decisions decisions... I'd be tempted by a Fluval Roma 90 personally, but AquaEl's pearl range are quite good looking too....

Only about 2ft each way so lots of volume for little floor space.

Ohh nice. Yeah I've been looking at the aqua ones. That's a very tidy tank. Stocking, would like something different than my sig tank. That or move the betta and stock around him.

BBA did a long post, with lots of butterfly minded posts in it, about the APS tanks. Was certainly detailed though in it's description of the tank, it's set up and how it settled in. Put me off them to be honest.

I have a Roma 90 and have been very happy with it so far.

I'm after a Fluval Roma 90... and with there being 2 different cabinet styles, you can pick something more suited to your living room.

But you also have to decide whether you want a tank with corners (like the roma) or one of the "uninterrupted views" tanks (like the Aqua One Aquastyle range).

Living in belfast delivery can be a pain. Which would make the the Roma more of an option as they are in my LFS.
Which I just came back from. Thats a really nice tank. Also couldn't help myself. Bought six praecox.
