All Pond Solutions 1000Lph Noise Issue

Has anyone had any noise issues with the APS filter? Mine is making an vibrating/oscillating noise which is quite irratating. I expected some sort of low humming noise but not this! Or has anyone had any noise issues with any filter that they've managed to fix?

Any help is much appreciated...

No mine is fairly quiet I have the 2000l/hr model. It is noisy for a little after I have cleaned it out, usually trapped air, but once cleared its quiet. Try contacting APS about it, I have always found them very helpful

when you say its quiet, is it just a humming noise that you can hear? That wouldn't bother me as I expected it. Its not a vibrating kind of clicking sound you can hear?

I have contacted them and they have been fairly helpful but I have a feeling its a fault with the product and they seem a little reluctant to admit that.
