Does anybody know what the media is like in this, and what you get all together and how much media they give you?

tis true, i just got another bag of noodles from fle bay put the carbon in in fish cuboard for when it needed and pop the other set of noodles in its place

Would a load of extra ceramic rings be able to go in instead of the carbon?

I wasn't sure if nodles and rings were same thing lol, so just making sure, got a whole load that would go in there from my old filter, and sponges too.
