All Pond Solution Suspension Bracket

I recently purchased a luminaire suspension kit from all pond solutions to go with their light fitting. However Having put together the frame I have no idea how to suspend the fixture from it and the instructions are not very good to say the least. I have also contacted them via email, but to no avail( it's only been 1 day to be fair)

Does anyone have any idea / experience with this? How do I suspend the fixture using the "hanging head" and cable

these are still a relatively newish product to APS (so i understand), i have had a look around the net, but to no avail. Hopefully, they get back to you. When/if they do can you leave the instructions in this thread as they will be handy for future reference.

Just an update- got an email on friday from APS- the bracket does not fit their smaller luminaires- ie 2x24w 60cm fittings only their larger 6 tubes + fixtures. Annoying thing is this was not made clear on their website. Cust services were not brill- they advised i should have checked with them first- but on the website it stated

"the backet can be adjusted to fit smaller light fittings"

and

" is specially designed for APS light fitting"

they are willing to accept returns- but i will have to pay for postage!

so looks like im going to do a DIY job which i wanted to avoid

will try and post pics of the job- however hectic day today so may not have time to faff about with the camera

thanks for the update...that is pretty poor customer services. Thats a shame, and i also read as you did. Good luck with the DIY job, i would think about returning it though, Parcelforce aren't as expensive as you think on bigger packages. Aqua-essentials have some decent priced Arcadia luminaires at present.
