all of a sudden....

how come....all of a sudden....all my shy fish have started to come out???

my elephant nose fish is out all the time now...havin a poke around.....and in the last 4 or 5 days my black ghost knife fish has been comin out all the time......he usually just sits off in the caves of my lava rock....also all my pleco's have started comin to the front of the tank....its very strange

Hmmm how long have you had them for? It could be that they are just getting tame and recognising the guy that gives them the grub ... or alternatively has anything happened in your tank to make them happy? I have just got rid of ich in my tank and it's only now that I'm beginning to realise how much livelier fish are when they are happy and healthy - I got home from work last night and they all went mad at the front of the tank saying hello!

Hi, just a thought: maybe your lighting is getting old and weaker?

Same thing happened with my pictus. I had them for a month or 2 and they would always hide. Then i had a leak in the tank so i had to move all the fish out. I fixed the leak and put the tank to how it was. Since that day, the pictus are always out at the front. Not scared or anything. Even go for my finger sometimes!

all ive done recently is changed a few fish

took some tetra's out and put in a few firemouths a rainbow and a new parrot

apart from that nothin has changed.......oh...i took out the plants and rocks and put them back in exact same places the other week.....maybe it was that
