hello all;

i have been cycling my 30ltr tank for about 4 weeks now with one platy and about 20 fry now.

the readings of my nitrit and nitrat are constant for the past few days, at ,025 and 0.

however my tank is becoming full of algea all over the shells, the live plants, the filters, etc... is that normal??? it does not seem to have a green nor brown color

The algea needs to be removed before it becomes a major problem.

secondly
Shells? as in seashells?
what kind of fish are you planning?
