algea bloom how to deal with it

bascially i ahve discoverd teh cloudiness n my tnak is an algea bloom and what to know how to treat it without turning teh lights off for long periods due to my plants. i have just added a co2 systme today will that help or hinder??

IME blackouts don't do any long term damage to the plants.

so judging form the lnk i sould disconnect the co2 sahll i leave the caaister goign somewhere or empty out and satrt again?

only disconnect the co2 if your doing a blackout (that wont do a lot for your riccia though)

have you tried 25% water changes every couple of days for a week yet?? that should help loads.
