Algae Breakout!

My tank is cycling atm but i seem to have quite a lot of browny algae on my rocks and sand, is this coraline algae that you get at the end of the cycle?

My stats are:

Salinity-1.025
PH-8.2
Ammonia- 0.05
Nitrite-0.2
I havent yet measured Nitrate, should i now?

coralline is the algae that you get when your tank starts to become mature, diatom is the algae that you get when your cycle is happeneing and/or in new tanks.
