Curious how do you get a full red albino? Wouldn't they be leucistic? Still look lovely though.

Nope. Leucistic would mean white body and black eyes. "Full red" means the second color covers the whole blond based body. And in this case, it's an oculair albino (which means only the eyes lack melanin).
If it would be a total albino, we'd call it an oculocutaneous albino. Which means both skin and eyes lack melanin.
But guppies with a second color that covers the total body (independent of the base color) are called "monochrome guppies".
