Has anyone got piccies of their albino common plecs?

Contemplating one for my 6ft tank, but still unsure atm as already have a rusty and a juvie gibby going in there.

Can get babies at my LFS (although I'm loath to get one from them, they have been in for a while and dont have any illness so could give in for one). Just would really love to see some adult pics, have seen them before but need a reminder :D

Personal i dont like the albino common, and their just a muddy red colour and very bland compaired to albino Gibb's, now thats a stunning pleco.

If you have a young gib already I'll be declined to get a nother large fish, although ur 6ft will handel it but you'll have to add courget and other extra foods to help, if u was to have extra pleco's.

I think they're beautiful, just like the normal coloured type - I'm finding it hard to choose which to get. Very underrated fish. I think you're thinking of the chocolate albino anyway, as standard albinos are pink/yellow. I dont particularly like albino sailfins, they aren't as pretty as the standard ones - and besides, two gibbies would be asking for problems, they're notorious fighters. And I already do add courgette, cucumber, and pleco food, just like every plec owner should - they dont just live on the algae that grows on your tank ;) This tank was supposed to be a pleco only tank, but I decided to get some sevs to go in there too. But I'd like one more big plec in there - and dont want to go for the panaques as they eat bogwood like my rusty, so it'd make twice as much sawdust poo. Anyhoo, do you have any pics of your albino gibby, seeing as it's a pic request thread and all :fun:

Looking forward to pics Miss Wiggle :D

We've got a choccy albino common but no camera to get a pic of him. Might be able to get one on the camera phone for you later. He's nowhere near adult size though, only about 6". I love their red eyes.

If I can get a pic of ours I will. He's pretty shy though.
