I have an albino bristelnose with a red sore on its head, looks painful. Fish doesnt appear well. Have had this fish for a long time, tank is established 120 litre. Shares with 9 neon tetras, 2 keyhole ciclids, 5 corys, 3 platys and 1 other bristelnose (not albino). All other fish are fine, large water change done 1 week ago, no new fish added, water levels nitrite 0ppm, nitrate 20ppm, amonia 0.25ppm, should this be at 0 and could this be causing it?

Trying to upload a pic

Any help greatly appreciated

Here is a picture, one sore across front of head, and one sore on its back, does look like a few tiny white raised dots on the front sore but I cant say for sure

One more thing, a week ago we had to do a very large water change to move the tank, Ive read that the amonia levels can peak and then go down, could it have peaked then affected him and now its going down? We are doing a 25% water change now..
