Albino Bristlenose With 2 Bristles Male/female ?

i am looking to breed my BN's my dad has an albino that he is going to give me but is it a male or female if it has only 2 bristles he has another one with no bristles so i could get tht one if we find it lol i have a male for deffinate in my own tank he has loads of bristles and what is the breeding age or size thanks

How big? If it is adult (4" or so), then sounds like female. A photo would help.

They will breed starting from about 2 inches for females and 3 inches for males, in my experience. I personally prefer to not breed fish until they are fully adult so that they reach their full potential size more easily.

yea it is about 4" bit more than four inch so its a female then i dont think i will be able to get a pic up at the min but when it comes home with me later i can put pic up thanks

I think the 2 small bristles you speak of on one of them are its nose.

Do you mean like this L144? (sorry that it's out of focus, it's an old photo).

(BTW, this is a young male that is developing it's bristles, so ignore the little bristles)
