Hi all
I am building an air reservior in my fish room and need airline control valves like the one below

can anyone help I cant seem to find anything like these here excpet the hagen ones and through previous experience I have found they dont work well for this system. I have heard that ypu can also use hydrponic water drip taps but they seem very expensive.

Thanks

The clamps would control the air but the valve is insterted straight into the plastic reservior pipe so it needs to be a valve.

Thanks for the idea though

Algarde do a range of air valves. Just pop into your lfs and ask if they can order them in.

Hi
I have built many a fish house with an air ring main built into the roof area of the building.
You only need to use 6mm straight connectors

to tap into the main, then you can use the normal Gang-Valves.
or
If you wish to have better control then I used these chrome manifolds

Hi Big C
Do you think these will work
http://www.boddingtonkoi.com/4-6mm-1-way-c...-air-tap_21.htm

Yes
But you'd be better tapping off with straight connectors first and the regulate with the manifolds.
But if you wanna do it your way then I dont see no reason why not, Remember you dont wanna tap off the ring main too many times only once or twice to keep the pressure in the pipe. Then the manifolds will perform all your branches.

C
