air pump

I was wanting to have a bubble wall in my 180litre coldwater tank... I'm having trouble finding an air pump big enough though at a reasonable price (I'm a poor student...) would a smaller pump do the job alright? Does it really matter how big the pump is?

obviously you need a pump powerful enough to pump air all the way to the end of the wall!
unless it is going to be really long, most pumps should manage easily - you shouldn't have to spend much.
