Aiptasia Or Feather Duster?

hi i have an about 5mm tiny coral growing on my live rock i bought the other day. sorry i cant attach a picture cause my $10 camera wont catch the coral haha. it is a small white tube connected with some fan-looking things. Also when i touch it, the fan-looking thing retracts back into the tube.

what is this ???

Sounds like a feather duster to me, but difficult to be sure without a picture
