Aiptasia? Not Sure, But Somethings In Here...

I got some kinda white looking flower things growing out of the sand only, not the LR. IT doesnlt look like Aiptasia to me, because it looks more like a plant than an anemone. However, it has a little tube that it sucks back into when a crab gets too close... is it Aiptasia or something worse? I'll try to get a picture, but they blend in pretty well,.

Like Sf05 said, it sounds like a feather duster, they are good, and aa sign of a good tank.
