Aiptasia Help

hi i have some anemones and polyps in my 2.5g pico tank and i found a tiny 2mm aiptasia beside my bubble tip.. what do i do? im sure its an aiptasia btw, should i spend money on a pack of joes juice at the lfs for just ONE tiny 2mm aiptasia that would require only 1 drop? there has to be another way!

blasting it with boiling water out of a pipette should kill it. Dont do this near a coral or you nem though

Yeah as Ben said. If you can remove the rock then you could take the rock out and burn it off too (windproof lighter or soldering iron works well for this ).

yesterday, i sucked it up with a pippette and i threw it in the trash lol..
is there any complicated thing that i dont know about aiptasia? is there guna be some remains of it and its guna grow back again?

Oh dear expect more - as soon as they feel threatened they send out spores to multiply, which is why you were told to remove the rock and then burn the ######

hm, i guess im guna have to buy joes juice haha, only if i lived in UK i would have gotten the info before i went and destroyed it...
