I put some anti finrot in and 2 hours later my siamese fighter is laying on the bottom looking pretty bad.
Could this have done it.
Hes been fine all the time i've had him.

I would remove him and put him into a small container for a little while. See if that helps.

Aerate the container with an airstone if you move it.
