my puffer is losing color and i hope it doesnt have the same fate as my other puffer (died) well im wondering why it is losing color can i stop it will it die whats happening?

its a GSP theres 3 in a 20g tank there very small im geting a huge peice of drift wood today from my uncle theres gravel at the bottem there eating thawed frozen shrimp i bought them feeder guppys but their not eating them there only eatign shrimp sg is at 12 (1.008)

My first guess would be that the fish is being bullied by the other puffers, GSPs are aggressive and territorial and need a minimum of 40 gallons per fish if they are kept in numbers.
