I have two african dwaf frogs in a tank, I have just realised that they are being agressive around food (nipping eachother) , is this ok? Or do I need to do something?

Don't worry - they're not trying to.
As their eyesight is so poor, they use smell to find food and lunge at it - you'll probably see that as they eat. Every so often they smell food, lunge at 'food' which turns out to be a frog!
Just make sure there are no marks, so it's not something more sinister.
