I have a female platy who guards the food (algae wafers) in my 10 gallon tank from my 3 corys.
I took her out as a temporary solution, as I have an extra 5 gallon. But I'd like to add her back in if possible because I now have a female betta in with the 3 corys who is doing the same; and I don't want to just keep separating fish out if there is another solution.
Has anyone had any similar experiences, or does anyone have any ideas?
I was thinking about putting some fake plants in the tank to give more hiding areas, but I do not think this is really the problem...
I'm going to try putting the platy in w/the female betta and see how they get along, once I can catch the platy, she's a tricky bugger
