I have recently bought an ADF and have read the pinned topics for advice. I have read that they are greedy and will eat as much as they can get. What my question is, If im feeding blood worm (ive been feeding with tweezers to ensure its getting food) how many should I give it? Ive been feeding him once a day so far.

Thanks for any help in advance x

Hey!!!
This is a common concern for new ADF parents.
I have a few questions that will better help me answer your question.
Is it a species only tank or what are the other tankmates?
How many frogs do you have?
What kind of substrate do you use?

I have 7 dwarf frogs and have found that feeding them one cube of frozen blood worms a day seems to make them happy. I also give them live black worms at least once a week and treat them with either live brine shrimp or a cube of frozen brine shrimp once a week. They have absolutely flourished!

Do not make the mistake many make and feed them fish flakes....it is not a balanced diet for them and even if they eat them they will be greatly malnourished and borderline starving!

Let me know if you have any more questions about your ADFs :)
