African Dwarf Frog And White Spot

Hi,

Just a quick question... I have taken my ADF out of a tank that has white spot and would like to put him into a tank at work. He has been in quarantine for 36 hours and did spend a little time in the tank whilst it was being treated... Then found out that he should not be in there.

So my question is.... Can my ADF carry white spot into the tank at work?
