Hi I've got what I believe to be some baby ramshorn snails and was wondering if I can feed them to an African clawed frog? I've heard of feeding them adult snails but in that case they wouldn't be eating the shell. So can they safely ingest snail shells? The snails range from the size of a grain of sand to about a pencil eraser. My girl is almost 14 and I don't want to mess up after having her for so long!

No, I would personally not, especially if you have had her this long. I would just keep the snails where they are, and let them do their thing. :)

Thanks! What’s the min requirement to keep a healthy snail colony? I only have a 5 gal for a betta and and 10 gal for the frog at the moment

There no minimum or maximum really... you can probably get free “pest snails” from your LFS.
