does anyone know if an african clawed frog will go after khuli loaches?

If they manage catch them and hang on to them then yes, they will eat any small fish including khuli loaches.

Not too small! African Clawed Frogs get up to 5 inches!
Don't get them confused with African dwarf Frogs!
