hi everyone..

just wondering what u use as a lid on ur tanks with these guys in them.

i allready have a glass lid and i was just wondering what every one elce has on there tanks as finding a place that makes hood is becoming a pain in the a#* .....and dad is in the middle of making me a new tank so has no other time and since its me i want to set up my tanks asap cause i cant wait any longer im so exited.

I use a normal hood I provide mine with a large clump of plastic floating plants (and some real ones) and it's been yet to jump out If your worried I would recomend getting some kind of netting to throw over that back of the tank

guess im gonna have to wait till christmass and hope mum gets me a hood for my tank. iv allready got the stand and for some reason they dont sell hoods by them selves over here or with the tanks so im gonna have to get mine made.


i realy dont want any of my fish to jump out my bf oscar jumped out the other night when we were sleeping lucky im a light sleeper and we got him back in nice and fast but hes all hurt and stuf i dont thinks hes gonan make it. i just made me worry about m fish now

I have the normal glass sliding covers and a cheap wooden hood over ine to hold the bulb and for some looks!!

I need to get some floating plants now as i chucked out the plants that the lobster had "trimmed" and were just floating around!!
