would it be possible to get another ABF in my 3 footer?(40 GL)

I already have one and I would like to see another one. or two

Yes....you could keep a couple more Pantodon buchholzi in your 40 gallon but you may see some territorial fighting between males if you get more than one. Generally no damage is done and eventually they'll sort things out as to territory.
