AFD with betta who might have velvet

I have an AFD in with a Betta who I think might have velvet. Can frogs contract this and can I use Aquari-sol safetly with him in the tank, or shoud I take the betta out and treat him seperatly? Thanks in advance for any advice.

I'd personaly take the frog out and treat the fish in the tank that it is in, and put the frog somewhere safe for a few days, cos I would have thought moving the fish would not help it stress wize at all.
