Hi am new to the forum so bear with me

Currently just starting out on keeping fish so i only have 1 shubunkin and 1 common goldfish with 3 tiny little things i dont know what they are had them for 2 weeks in a 21 ltre tank but just upgraded to a 60 ltr tank which my fish are loving but i was wondering is it possible to add maybe 1 or 2 more goldfish?

Hi and welcome to the forum!
Unfortunatley the 60l tank is wayyyy to small for even one goldfish, let alone adding more. What filter have you got on it? It will be ok over winter, but then with the fish you have you will either need to upgrade to a tank around 200l+ or donate them to a pond

60 litres is way to small. a 55g would be appropriate. going slightly of topic, but every time i go to work at my lfs without fail, there is some big head that says i had fish when i was a child that happily lived in a bowl. What the? i know it used to be, but people have realised they produce lots of waste. i tell them its a really bad idea. AND THEY STILL ARGUE!

trouble is there are two types of people who enter an aquatics,
those who see fish as living things and those who see them purely as decorations

Welcome to the forum John,
the main problem with "pond goldfish" is exactly that they aren't really suitable for anything other than a pond or lake even.
The waste levels produced by goldfish is extremely high and in a small tank the fish are forced to live in toxins which dramatically shorten their lives, especially when you bear in mind that they should live for around 30 years

LOL- is it 60 gallons?
