Advice On New Tank

Hi I just wanted to ask anyones opinion whether they would buy another tank and cabinet new together or just by a new tank.
its about 2 yrs old at most
and what make do you recommend on a budget but want quality

Seen that and would be great if I lived at what I call home in Scotland but even for a visit to the relatives I would not try driving all the way back with it .
Hertfordshire is long way approx 500 miles.
What I could do with is someone that could make a new hood, with a flap for feeding and the filter etc etc.

Guess I would like another tank a bit smaller but then the fish I have I probably need bigger but that I'll ask in another forum Thanks.
