Seeing as ive got a new pond..new filter...new air pump etc... thought i may as well treat myself to a new pump.

I need a really powerfull one with 2 seperate outlets.

One to run the filter, and one to go to the stone feature i have.

I would like to be able to adjust the flow on BOTH outlets and have about £300-£350 to spend.

The outlets must be able to take 1 1/4 pipe (32mm)

Anyone have any tips please???

Personally I love the Oase AquaMax pumps, there all i run on my pond.

As for splitting the flow, On my set up i have used 1 of Oase's T juntions, as these have very good ball valves built into it for £20 odd retail it's a bargain when you add up all the separate bits you would need with standard fittings and valves.

Paul you got money to burn?
look for Yamamitsu pumps as they are exactly the same thing as Oase but not badged and are therefor roughly half the price.
(Oase and Yamamitsu are made in the same factory.)

look on ebay and there dirt cheap, but when a pump lasts 10 years i'd rather pay out a bit more.

do the yamitsu pumps offer a 5 year gurantee though? when talking pumps thats very important in my opinion.

here's the Y peice i was on about.
