Advice On My New Fish ! :)

Hi, I have a 40L Tank which is about 10.5 US gallons.
I am wanted suggestions on what tropical fish I should get. Bearing in mind that I am definatly getting Ghost/Glass Shrimp about 4 or 5 of them. I want my tank to be a communal tank

Im not sure if these are tropical but guppies are nice fish to raise! i hav one myself. hes cute!
