Advice Needed Urgent

hi can anyone help i have found loads of like flat whiteish colour worms in my tank climbing the sides, what are they how do i get rid of them as my bn's have just laid eggs. please help

A picture/better description would help. Even if you found a similar looking creature on the internet. Actually, any info would help... have you added plants or fish lately? Flat, whitish color doesn't really narrow it down as far as parasites/inverts go.

no pics sorry. tried looking online but cant find anything with pics. thats the best description i can give. the tank has fake plants and no new fish its my group of bns tank

could be planaria - what soprt of size are they - or even snail leeches

planaria are harmless and are caused by over feeding
