ADFs

well, tommorow, i'm going back to PetsMart to go get some more ghost shrimp (five isn't really doing the job), but my question is, can i get a ADF? are they aggressive, do they need specail food. i want every single bit of info u can give me.

The main thing to do is make sure its an ADF! The webbed front fingers should be obviose. Ive had adf's that ate betta food. I think any fish food that is sinking is good. Im not sure how a adf will work with a ghostshrimp though. He will eat fry. And make sure you have no fish that will fit in his mouth. Its totally about an individual though. Some might be fine some might have a go at your fish.

hmm, ok, i possiblity, what about snails.do they need actual live plants?

Um.....not really at least mine don't have any and there still alive. I used to buy them plants but in 2 days the stem is all thats left. And they also get really big. I have an apple snail and a black mystery snail and they have grown double there size in a month. I think they can grow up to 4 inches. And they do not tolerate salt in the water. If you do get them put a piece of leattice in the water once and a while or maybe chopped cucomber.

hmm, than probably not, are there any animals u can recromend for a fish tank, that don't eat fish, aren't harmful other than shrimp and clams?
