hi guys and gals

I've had my two ADF's for a few months now, and have been feeding them on Freeze dried (not frozen) bloodworms and brine shrimp. But it seems to make more mess in the tank than what the frogs eat!

Today i have got myself some frozen bloodworms and brine shrimp. How should i be feeding them? I've read up on using a small dish and putting the food on it, so the frogs will go there, but how much should i be feeding them? Of course they don't need much, as it is only two ADF's in the tank, so should i just cut up the frozen blocks into small pieces, and just feed them a tiny bit, or drop the whole block in? Does the frozen food sink alright, as the freeze dried stuff tended to float.

Thanks in advance

Freeze Dried foods almost always float, I don't know of one that sinks. As for the frozen cubes, you could probably get a way with cutting one in half. Also put it in a cup of water before putting it in the tank that way they can eat it right away and the cube is not frozen as much.

You could also try feeding HBH Frog & Tadpole bites that you should be able to get at your LFS. That's what I feed my ADF's.

Here are a few sites below on ADF's.
