Hi.

I've just built a divided tank (see info on sig.) and am thinking of having a male betta on each side, well planted with hiding places, and wondered if it would be ok to put some ADFs in?

If so, should I have 1 on each side (or would that be frustrating?), 2 on each side (7 US gallons each side too small?) or just 1?

Thanks very much for your advice. :flowers:

If each side is 7 gallons and you're only going to have a single betta in each side then I'd certainly do 2 ADFs per side. They really enjoy being together, so keeping a single one wouldn't be the best way.
Hope this helps!

Yay! That's what I hoped somebody would say! (Hope nobody disagrees :grr: )

Thanks

Im considering putting my 2 frogs back into the 7 gallon tank with our betta he got on great with them

we have 2 also they stay together most the time just huddled up!

at the mo i have both in my large set up sand mainly for the cats

but i think they prefer gravel coz they can hide in it well the gravel i have anyways they always are in the gravel thats why i think we are putting them in with stripe (our betta)
