ADF?

My ADF (African Dwarf Frog, for those who didn't know) was fine two days ago and then yesterday, he was lying upside down on the bottom of the tank. I nudged him with the net, and he turned back over and swam off. Then, last night, he was dead! Does anyone know what could of killed him?

Was he old? Did he have any signs of disease? I had 3 die from a salamander incident (poison) then got secondary fungal infection that finished them off. Doesnt look like thats going on in your tank.....I dont know.....
