Well as i said in my thread last week i got 5 little ADFs. i am hoping to get them a tank all to themselves this month and was wondering what people would recommend? remember that im in the UK so dont go telling me about really cool tanks in other countries that i cant get  my hope was to maybe get a betta/siamese fighter to go in with the five of them so what tank size would people recommend for that? i was looking at this 30L one on ebay:

thought it seemed ok(i know i would need to buy a seperate heater for it) but didnt know if it would be big enough? if anyone knows of anywhere else to look that i can get a good tank for reasonably cheap please do let me know :)

The rule for housing adfs is 1 gallon per froggie. I'd say at least a 5 gal for all of yours, though, a bigger tanks is appreciated.

I was thinking a 5 gallon type size of tank. However anything bigger then that and up to a 10gallon type aquarium sounds like a good size. Because you can always add to the tank later then if you wish!! :good:

The filter that came with that tank looks similar to a "Whisper" filter I had bought that caused a lot of trouble with a betta& adf's. The fins of the betta got caught where the water was being sucked in& my adf got its leg stuck in it.I now use AquaClear...you can turn down the current, which is grand since bettas like low current.

You really can't go with anything smaller than a 10 gallon for 5 adf's & a betta :good:
