Yeah as long as you have enough filtration, or do enough water changes. And have a big enough tank. A betta should be in atleast 1 + gallons. So add on another gallon for the frog. I'd put them in a 2.5g.

I have managed to keep frogs in with a male fighter no problem. The tank I had them all in was a 4ft and I had 6 frogs, my fighter, a batch of guppies and a trio of halfbeaks. As long as there is hiding places and a lot of space it'll be fine
