I want to do a 15-20% water change and add new fish tonight. Was wondering what the best way was to do this... do the water change first, then add the fish? Or add the fish, and then change the water? Take out the water, add the fish, then add the new water?
Thoughts?

Agreed, the less stress for the new fish the better.

First do your water change then add the new fish (float them in the bag for about 20 mins to aclimatise them to the temp). If they've come from a local lfs, then they will be used to the type of water that you're using so you can let them out after the 20 mins. If they come from a different area, then get them used to the water first by adding a little of the tank water to their bag every 10 mins or so, untill the bag contains mainly your tank water, then let them out.

Thanks for the tips! Added some Mollies today, so far so good. I should wait a little while to feed them right?
