Adding Live Rock

i have found out i can get ready mixed salt water from a shop near us for 25pence a litre
so i was thinking of getting some so i can get some lr in my smaller tank 14 uk g i think, but i wanted to check with you experts first whether its ok to add lr straight to the water ( having checked levels first) & got it up to right temp.

Yea that should be ok, just let the tank levels settle for a day or 2 with all the equipment running before adding the LR, but other than taht it shouldn't be a problem!

thanks 1entra but i went & got it anyway , so my little nano tank is set up.
will take some pics later, but for now i have a 60l tank 7kg lr & live sand & its now sat in my kitchen cycling away
i know some people will tell me i've done something wrong but thats how we learn.
i will now carry on reading more which is what i've been doing for weeks now.
i'm getting my test kit next week & then start saving like mad for decent lights for it.
this is so going to make me want to set up the big tank quicker now, but need some mega money to do that so it will have to wait.
