Adding Decorations/Plants

Is it ok to add decorations and plants at the same time you add fish or will it raise the PH or ammonia?

No problem. Make sure the decorations are not made of Calcium carbonate (eg: shells) as this can change the PH.

If you are doing live plants, it is best to put them in before the fish. This gives them time to root.
