Adding Another Tube To The Juwel Rio 125

im looking to add a 15watt t8 to my rio 125 high lite hood. The t8 will come from my old rekord 60 hood, how do i go about taking the ballast out of the rekord 60 and then adding this to the rio 125 along with the reflector?
